Club president or representative should complete the application form, sign it, and fax it or snail-mail it to the Albany Rotary Club by March 21 (or ASAP). An entrance fee of $50, must be paid by check before March 28, to Albany Rotary Club. - Pledge Form
Each bowler will bowl two (2) games (i.e., 20 frames), and should get per-pin pledges and/or fixed-amount pledges. Each bowler is expected to raise $250 (or an approximate pledge total of $1.65 per pinfall). This pledge guideline is meant to increase the likelihood of each club raising at least $1,000 for Rotavision. - Rotavision International Information Flyer
